Welcome to the Mystic Mog blog! My name is Nic. I have been playing D&D, and other RPGs, since 1982 (long, deep-freeze not withstanding)! I currently run an in-person OSE game with a hands full of wonderful friends in my home town in the Midwest USA. This little blog is my hopelessly simple space on the internet for gathering ideas and information about my campaigns, and my thoughts on RPGs in general.
Who, or what, is “the mystic mog”, you may ask? Well, where I come from (England), a “mog” (or moggie) is a cat, and all cats are really mystical, aren’t they? This blog is named after my favorite cat, Tigger (just don’t tell the other cats, they all think it’s named after them). Mystic Mog is also the handle I use on the internet for my gaming persona, so here we are!
